HRA Changes

The HRA has been redefined and can be viewed on the link below. MRI strongly recommends consultation before security requirements are reassessed as the presence of guards and coalition forces has been the reason why attacks have reduced. A reduction in guards would present an opportunity for possible spikes in attacks.
